Housing Waiting List

If you are interested in applying for affordable rental accommodation, please complete THIS FORM and which can be emailed to us by clicking the "Send" button at the bottom of the form. Your details will then be entered onto our waiting list database and treated with the utmost confidentiality.

Your eligibility will be determined by your family income level and other family circumstances with the priority being given to those on low income or income support payments from Centrelink and family need. Allocation of property is on a "first come, first served" basis unless there are extenuating circumstances. You will receive acknowledgement of your application but please be advised that, due to the limited amount of housing stock available, there maybe a significant waiting period before we can provide accommodation.
