Regan Caruana

Regan is the property manager and looks after all the repairs and maintenance of BHA's properties. She also is in contact with all the tenants to ensure that all their needs are met.

She enjoys time with her family and plays Netball.

Kay Shaw

Kay is currently the Administrative Officer for BHA. She has a very good understanding of accounting systems and is responsible for the organisation's budget and reporting processes. She manages the tenants' water consumption accounts and ensures that all rental payments are up to date. She has over 20 years experience working in a chartered accountant's practice and is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians in the UK.

Kay enjoys spending time with her family as well as swimming, cycling and supporting the local Rugby League team.

Narelle James

Narelle is currently the Accounts Officer for BHA and is responsible for all creditor payments and payroll activity.

Paul Connell

Paul is employed on a partime basis to look after "special projects" for the organisation. He brings with him a wide range of experience in various forms of management and community service from his time working in the Australian Government (CES and Centrelink) and in the Victorian Government (Environment Protection Authority). He also has been a member of the management committees of Advocacy South West and the Bunbury Multicultural Group and has participated in refugee settlement groups. He is currently the Chair of the South West Volunteer Centre.

Paul has an interest in computers and information technology which BHA is happy to benefit from.
