If you are interested in applying for affordable rental accommodation, please complete THIS DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING APPLICATION FORM and download THIS INFORMATION BROCHURE. To ensure that you are also registered with BHA you should tick the Yes to the question asking whether you wish to be considered for Community Housing and write Bunbury Housing Association preferred next to it.

Proof of identify and income documents must accompany your application form, suitable documents are listed in the information brochure and your application should be mailed to your nearest Department of Housing office which is listed on the last page of the information brochure.

Your eligibility will be determined and housing allocated according to the criteria outlined in the Departments information brochure. You will receive acknowledgement of your application but please be advised that, due to the limited amount of housing stock available, there maybe a significant waiting period before accommodation can be provided.
